Make layered candles and pay attention to a few points.
1. Dry the first layer and add the next.
2. If the width of each layer is the same, the boiled wax must be quantified (except for irregular containers).
3. Control of color (dyes)
Requirements:
1. Glass cans, iron cans, etc. 2. Wax chips 3. Candle wick 4. Wax boiling pot 5. Water boiling pot 6. Waste chopsticks 7. Thermometer 8. Dyestuff 9. Essential oil (not available)
Operation:
1. Plastic boxes, sealed with tape at the bottom (the boxes are sealed on all sides, leaving only one opening above).
2. Candle core, fix the candle core (with iron bracket) in the middle of the bottom of the box. Fix the candle wick and clamp it.
3. Quantitative wax for each colour and soybean wax for each layer of wax with a scale (ready-made candles can also be cut with a knife)
3. Take a piece and melt it in an insulated pot. Take care not to burn too much and control the temperature of the wax.
4. Measuring temperature below 60 degrees, too high temperature in the final cooling surface is prone to cracks.
5. Take a piece of yellow dye and mix it in the melted wax to accelerate the fusion of dye and wax. Other colours operate the same way.
7. Take the container and pour a small amount of wax at the bottom to check for leaks. If there is iron bracket, dip the iron bracket into the melted wax, and then take it out and place it at the bottom of the container. The wax will solidify instantly.
Take a color wax oil and pour it into the container. After solidification, pour the second color. If the wax oil has solidified, it can be heated again to become liquid and poured again.
Finally, take out the candle, cut off the spare wick, and you're done.
