We collaborated with a Turkish client to fulfill an order of custom perfume packaging sets. This order for custom perfume packaging sets came to us through a referral from another client in Turkey. The referring client was highly satisfied with the product quality we delivered for them, so they recommended our factory to this Turkish client, who then placed the order with us. Remarkably, the client paid the deposit for mass production and the mold fee to us directly without even reviewing the mold samples. This demonstrated their immense trust and support for our products and quality!
The client aimed for high-end, durable perfume packaging with a premium feel and distinctive click sound when closing. We need to achieve the precise click sound while ensuring the zamak parts’ quality and the apply with of black color filling on part of the debossed logos across different components.
We used high-quality zamak material for the perfume bottle cap, collar, and plaque. Employed a precision engraving process for debossed logos and a specialized positioning color filling technique to ensure smooth, long-lasting black ink filling.
We have strict production line control. Conducted multiple tests on each component, especially focusing on the click sound mechanism to ensure consistency, Pull & Push Force Test. Also, checked the ink adhesion and the texture/thickness of the zamak plaque with 3M tape on the backside.
Provided fully customized designs for all three zamak parts, meeting the client’s unique aesthetic requirements. The click sound design added an exclusive experience, and keep the mass production with standard range, setting the packaging apart in the market.
The custom perfume packaging received high praise from the client. It stood out in the Turkish market for its premium look and unique click sound, enhancing the product’s perceived value.
The client reported a significant increase in product appeal and expressed strong satisfaction, stating they would continue collaborating for future orders.
